この曲って昔何かのCMで聴いたような・・・Donny Hathaway(ダニー・ハサウェイ）
以前、宿泊先のホテルから身を投げ、その生涯を終えた
ソウルシンガーの記事を読んだ記憶があるけど、
この人だったのかな〜。。。
実は、どこかで耳にしたような名前と曲だけど
ちゃんと知ったのは今日でした・・・（超有名だろうに）
29年前の1979年1月に亡くなったらしいです。
で、曲の話ですけど、この曲ジ〜ンと心に沁みる
っていうか、ピアノ中心で優しいサウンドなのに
強烈なパワーを感じるのは自分だけでしょうか。
そのサウンドとメロディと声に触れるだけで
胸が熱くなる感覚なのに、歌詞を見ながらだと
何かもうシビれますね。
特に最後の

ってとこ、沁みるわ〜。
ってなわけで2008年はこんなシブい曲も

私はCDとか持ってませんので、
とりあえずYoutubeで即席プレイリストを作成し、
楽しみました＾＾（楽しもうと試みました；）
本当、自分だけの時間が最高の贅沢ですね（笑）
随分先の話ですが、Donny Hathawayとかの素晴らしい曲を
息子たちと聴きながら酒でも飲むのが夢ですね〜＾＾
